ISTANBUL. Spyridoula Karydi won a gold medal at the Balkan U20 Indoor Championships.
Spyridoula Karydi won the triple jump with a jump of 13.25m - a personal best indoors and her second best overall.
The young Corfu athlete, who is coached by Pavlos Skordilis, had jumped 13.6m earlier, which had also broken her previous personal best indoors of 13.08m.
