State aid to be granted for a 5-star hotel and marina in Erimitis

ATHENS. The Ministry of Economy and Development approved two investment projects from NCH for Erimitis, Kassiopi.
1. Inclusion of the investment project of New Corfu Real Estate Investments in the programme of aid for General Entrepreneurship for the "creation of a new 5-star hotel unit with 90 rooms and 180 beds" in Erimitis, Kassiopi in Corfu.
The total eligible costs are equal to10,644,423.80 Euros and the total costs to receive aid are equal to 10,644,423.80 Euros.
Aid is to be granted in the form of Tax Exemption (for Contractual Investments) totalling 2,661,105.95 €
The new positions of employment created by the investment project will come to 52.14 Annual Working Units.
2. Inclusion of the investment project of New Corfu Real Estate Investments in the programme of aid for General Entrepreneurship for the "creation of a new tourist marina unit with 57 berths" in Erimitis, Kassiopi in Corfu.
The total eligible costs are equal to 6,000,000 Euros and the total costs to receive aid are equal to 6,000,000 Euros.
Aid is to be granted in the form of Tax Exemption (for Contractual Investments) totalling 1,500,000 €
The new positions of employment created by the investment project will come to 4.50 Annual Working Units.
