CORFU. The lights were burning until late this weekend at the offices of the Corfu Port Authority administration as the legal company Athinon KLC, specialists in international tenders of this kind, inspected the organization΄s records over the last 15 years.
Preparations to hand over cruise management at Corfu Port to a private company are continuing at a rapid pace, despite the lazy summer atmosphere that always prevails at this time of year.

According to port sources, this was to establish the legal, technical, financial and overall format of the request for tender which the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (TAIPED) has repeatedly stated it will issue.
The prominent company Ernst & Young, specialists in auditing and investment strategy, will also be visiting Corfu Port Authority shortly along with Doxiadis Technical Company.
