Police, Regional Administration and ΄Stirixi΄ talk about International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking

CORFU. An event will take place outside the Old Palace, where the public will have the chance to see the musical ΄Dust in the Wind΄.
The Ionian Island Regional Administration and Ionian Island Police Department are co-organizing an event for the prevention of drug addiction and AIDS with the support of STIRIXIS (Support) Society on Friday 22 June at 21:00 outside the Museum of Asian Art.
A press conference was held this morning with the Regioal Police Chief Yiannis Matsoukas, Regional Governor Theodoros Galiatsatos and President of 'Stirixis' Spyros Dolianitis.
The event is called 'We're building bridges of cooperation: We say NO to drugs' and will include:
- Short talks from the Regional Administrator Theodoros Galiatsatos and Ionian Police Chief Ioannis Matsoukas.
- Musical 'Dust in the Wind' directed by Petros Gallias and based on the late Nikos Morou's play 'Are you OK, mate?'.
The event is being organized for the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (26 June).
