Artist Alekos Fassianos to be granted honorary citizenship of Corfu

The Municipal Council of Corfu declared, "The internationally-known Greek-Corfiot artist, Alekos Fassianos, is to be granted Honorary Citizenship of Corfu for his contribution to art and culture and to honour his Corfu origins. It has also been decided to award him the Silver Medal of Corfu Distinction and Artistic Diploma.”
