Kitten stuck in tree for two days

CORFU.For two whole days a terrified kitten was stuck in a tall tree in San Rocco Square. The more frightened it got, the higher it climbed. It was so high up that even the fire brigade couldn’t rescue it.
Passers-by, shopkeepers and residents of nearby houses tried to tempt it to jump onto a balcony. Enimerosi filmed the moment when, with her obviously powerful maternal instinct, the kitten’s mother climbed up to rescue its young one.
After two hours she was able to bring it down and the people watching the ‘rescue operation’ took the poor kitten into their care and gave it food and plenty of water!
