Lilian-Ekaterina Chapman wins Rotary Club scholarship

Corfu 'Capodistrias' Rotary Club announced that, following the completion of the evaluation of applications submitted for the Annual Undergraduate Scholarship for the 2024-2025 academic year, awarded in memory of Yolanda Karayianni, the Club's Board of Directors accepted the recommendation of the Scholarship Committee and decided that the recipient of the scholarship for the current academic year is Lilian-Ekaterina Chapman, daughter of Christopher, a student in the Department of Communication, Media and Culture at Panteion University in Athens.
Furthermore, the announcement states: "We warmly congratulate the aforementioned recipient as well as the other remarkable candidates who participated in the process, and we wish them every success in their studies and a successful career.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to last year’s scholarship recipient (academic year 2023-2024), Ms. Spyridoula Grima, daughter of Stefanos, who successfully graduated and achieved top honours among the graduates of the Faculty of Law at the National and Capodistrian University of Athens.
Due to her outstanding performance, Ms. Grima was granted the highest honour of delivering the graduation oath for her faculty’s graduates in the official ceremony hall of the National and Capodistrian University of Athens.
