Sarkk company the new tenant in Samaras St. property

The property on Samaras pedestrian street went to the company Sarkk, a member of the Sarantos Group, at the auction held on Wednesday, 27/03, at 09:00. The company submitted the highest bid, amounting to 13,700 Euros. The other bidder was Eurobank, offering 9,200 Euros, which was the minimum rent.

According to information, the company will divide the space in half and open a shop featuring Calvin Klein products and another featuring Tommy Hilfiger.

The process was conducted by a committee from the Corfu Orphanage consisting of Nikos Hirdaris, Andreas Kritikos, and Rea Dourou.

Also present at the auction was the director of the Orphanage, Nikos Kargopoulos, as well as legal advisors Prokopis Kouris and Yiannis Dapergolas.
