Ionian Islands Region takes part in 45th International Fair of Tourism in Belgrade

The Ionian Islands are one of the favourite destinations for Serbians, and despite the intense competition from neighbouring destinations, they remain high on their preferences, a fact noted by the Regional Authority's delegation at the Exhibition.

The visitor count at our booth was significant, encompassing attendees from all age groups who showed particular interest in all the islands. Tourist operators and journalists also visited the booth. In this context, an interview was conducted with a journalist from "Politika," one of the largest newspapers in Serbia. The Minister of Tourism, Olga Kefaloyianni, also attended the exhibition.
