CORFU. Two people lived in the house but fortunately they came to no harm.
Fire broke out in a house in Dassia, next to the Kastello estate, just after 18:00 on Friday evening. Two people lived in the house but fortunately they came to no harm.
Three fire engines rushed to the scene with eight firefighters and, although they managed to get the fire under control, the house was completely burnt out.
