CulturePolis: Seminar on Intercultural Dialogue between local communities

CORFU. Members of the transnational ΄Together΄ project from Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Lebanon, Georgia and the University of Tirana will be taking part.

The non-profit organisation CulturePolis, based in Corfu, is organising a seminar "Promotion of Intercultural Dialogue between local communities" on Tuesday 6 September at 18:00 at the Ionian Parliament under the aegis of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands Municipality.

The seminar is part of the transnational, innovative project "TOGETHER – TOwards a cultural understandinG of thE oTHER" which is coordinated by CulturePolis and funded by the European Erasmus+ Programme.

The seminar is aimed at local organisations and citizens in Corfu and will present the results of the 'Together' project, encourage discussion on the value of cultural diversity and its benefits for the sustainability and prosperity of local communities and will present best practices for the promotion of intercultural dialogue in Corfu.

Members of the transnational ΄Together΄ project from Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Lebanon, Georgia will be taking part as wells as Dr. Zemaida Mozali from the University of Tirana, an expert in European Union subjects.

Programme

The seminar will be in Greek with simultaneous interpretation in English.
