EODY reports 234 new cases of Covid-19 in Corfu today - 17 February

ATHENS. EODY announced 19,504 laboratory confirmed new cases on Thursday 17 February - including 234 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 19,504 confirmed new cases today. 45 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 2,255,421, of which 49.7% are males. Over the last 7 days, 363 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 2,187 are connected with known cases.
There were 93 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 25,095. 95% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
484 patients are intubated in ICUs. 359 (74.17%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 125 (25.83%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 66 and 86% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 4,180 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 375 (-16.29%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 377.
