CORFU. There was a landslip in Kato Garouna with torrents of water carrying mud.
According to local residents who spoke with Enimerosi, water came rushing down the hillside, loosening large amounts of soil, which fell onto the houses.
A three-man crew came but they were unable to repair the damage and the problem seems to be serious.
Mayor Meropi Ydraiou also visited the scene.
