ATHENS. EODY announced 2,383 laboratory confirmed new cases on Monday 11 October - including 14 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 2,383 confirmed new cases today. 8 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 679,157, of which 50.9% are males. Over the last 7 days, 120 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 3,289 are connected with known cases.
There were 41 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 15,177. 95.3% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
331 patients are intubated in ICUs. 287 (86.71%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 44 (13.29%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 67 and 80.1% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 3,212 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 187 (-9.22%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 186.
