CORFU. The motorcyclist was charged with involuntary manslaughter and will be tried in court.
The motorcyclist involved in Monday's fatal road accident in Paxos in which an Italian tourist lost her life appeared before the Prosecutor on Tuesday morning.
The 44-year-old man, who had been involved in another fatal road accident in the past, appeared before the Prosecutor facing charges of involuntary manslaughter.
By decision of the Prosecutor he was released and will face trial.
