Restaurant with standing customers fined €5,000 and closed for 7 days

CORFU. Ionian Islands police are continuing their checks to ensure the Covid measures are being adhered to.
On Tuesday night, 27 July, a restaurant was found to be serving standing customers and was fined €5,000 and the business closed for 7 days.
On the same day 6 shop workers in Corfu and 3 in Lefkada were fined €300 each for not wearing masks.
