For fully vaccinated travellers - The Daily Mail, however, is talking about 19 July.
According to Downing Street and the UK Ministry of Health, travel and tourism will open up for those who are completely vaccinated at the beginning of August. If the UK government goes ahead with its plan, then travellers arriving in the UK from Greece and the166 other countires on the amber list will not have to quarantine if they have been completely vaccinated - also saving money on tests.
An article in the Daily Mail today has, however, been doing the rounds on the internet, which talks about this change coming into force on 19 July - the date being pushed by the Chancellor and the Transport Minister.
A report in the Independent says that it is likely that Malta and the Balearic Islands of Spain will be put on the UK green list in tomorrow's announcement, although no big changes to the list are expected.
