CORFU. Tragic end to the search for 66-year-old Elias Tzelepis from Kontokali, who had been missing since Easter Saturday.
A search for the missing man had been conducted by the police, the Fire Department and Corfu Special Search & Rescue Team.
The tragic discovery was made with the aid of a police dog, which found the body of Elias in the Dassia and Merlin Estate area.
The incident is being treated as suicide as a gun was found next to the body and there are no initial indications of foul play.
