CORFU. Corfu Municipal & Regional Theatre Organisation has published a video on YouTube with English and Italian subtitles.
The public now has the opportunity to enjoy the history of Corfu cuisine in this video showing the local cuisine with traditional recipes reflecting the many conquests of the island.
The video was filmed in Greek and can be watched with English and Italian subtitles.

The film was shot at the Ambelonas Estate, the Old and New Fortresses and other historical buildings and sites in Corfu such as the beautiful Laskaris family mansion, built in stone in 1500, where the writer of the book "A Look at Corfu Over the Years" (inspiration for the film) Ninetta Laskari lived.

The project also used the book "Corfu Cuisine" by Vassiliki Karounou - the life and soul of Acordo Corfu Specialty Foods, Artisan + Natural.
The project was part of the Interreg GR-IT programme 'Network of theatres for the valorization of cultural and natural heritage' (NETT) Greece - Italy.
