Juncker said, "Where there is a will, there is a deal - we have one! It's a fair and balanced agreement for the EU and the UK and it is testament to our committment to find solutions. I recommend that the EU Council endorses this deal."



British Prime Minister Boris said that Britain and the EU had come to a "great" agreement on Brexit and asked Parliament to approve it this weekend.

"We've got a great new deal that takes back control," he said on Twitter.
