                                                    CORFU. There was a large turnout for the Evropoulis ΄Ioannis Capodistrias΄ Choir concert.
                                The concert took place at the Old Palace Colonnade on Sunday night with the 50 or so singers taking the audience back in time with songs from Old Athens accompanied by the Corfu Mandolin Players. The choir was conducted by Artemis Poulimenou, who also arranged the choir's repertoire.
Lia Kolita was the soprano soloist and the orchestration was by Spyros Makris. Before the concert began the Choir President Nikos Tombros welcomed the audience and thanked them all for coming.
