Art exhibition by Swedish artist Kerstin Lindgren at Latin Chapel
The exhibition "Out of the body consciousness" is being organised by the Ministry of Culture and Sport and Corfu Antiquities Inspectorate.
The exhibition by the Swedish artist and dancer Kerstin Lindgren has been curated by Maria Melenti and opens at the Latin Chapel in the Old Fortress on Saturday 22 June at 20:00. The Swedish Ambassador in Greece Charlotte Sammelin will be attending the opening.

Exhibition of sculptures and sketches by Kyriakos Rokos at Municipal Art Gallery
The award-winning artist is one of Greece's most important sculptors. Focussing on human beings, he works mainly with marble, bronze and wood to create his abstract works.
The exhibition of sculptures and ink drawings - which are completed works of art, not just drafts for the sculptures - will be on display for the first time in Corfu from 14 June to 3 August in the Temporary Exhibition section of the gallery in the Colonnade.

Exhibition of Maps: "Corfu by the Great Cartographers"
Corfu Municipal Art Gallery will be exhibiting some of the artistically and scientifically important maps of Corfu from its collection.
From Thursday 25 April the works of these cartographers will be on exhibition in chronological order, covering four centuries, allowing us to see the development of cartography from the 17th century Baroque period, when aesthetics dominated, to the early 19th century, when there was an almost complete absence of any decorative items.
The exhibition will display 15 engravings in the central room of the Gallery's Permanent Exhibition.

On Saturday 22 June the boat will be open to the public from 18:00 to 20:00. Visitors will have the opportunity to go on a guided tour of this historical vessel, to see an exhibition of photographs showing the repercussions of climate change, the solutions available to protect our climate as well as to take part in various activities for young and old.
