Corfu Scouts collect donations of goods for food banks and welfare organizations

CORFU. For the ninth year running Corfu Scouts held their ΄Be a Scout for a Day΄ campaign on Saturday.
Outside the large supermarkets smiling cubs and scouts asked customers to 'Be a Scout for a Day' and donate goods to be given to food banks, community shops and welfare organizations for families, children and the elderly in need.
Alongside the children was Deputy Mayor for Social Welfare Andreas Skoupouras who is a constant supporter of their activities.
