The 5th Corfu Beer Festival organized by Corfu Beer is taking place from 26 to 30 September.
Corfu meets England in a festival of beer, culture and tastings with lots of events and concerts.

"5" Sculpture Exhibition in the People's Garden
Works from the exhibition of sculpture "5" which was held in the Art Hall 26/6 - 31/7 will remain on display in the People΄s Garden.
At the end of the exhibition the artists decided to leave their outdoor works on display in the Garden for residents and visitors to enjoy. They will remain there until the end of October.
Exhibition 'The World of CERN' in the Municipal Theatre Foyer
On display will be experiments that have taken place at CERN and research into Elementary Particle Physics with photos, posters and short videos.
Short presentations and guided tours are planned for the duration of the exhibition.
Admission free.

The exhibition runs until Sunday 30th December and aims to give the public the opportunity to learn more about the charismatic Ioannis Capodistrias and to show the influence of his work on modern-day society.

The Art of Uzbekistan Carpets and Textiles at the Museum of Asian Art
The new permanent exhibition at the Museum of Asian Art ‘The Art of Central Asia’. The exhibits have been donated by Yiannis Sartzetakis and Ruth Dayton and include woven textiles, knitted textiles, clothing and jewels from 19th century Central Asia.
The biggest beer festival - Oktoberfest - has already begun in Munich and Pelekas Café will be organizing its own Oktoberfest.
Saturday 29 September with live music from V. Hondroyianni and V. Kakarouga.
