Exhibition "Romanticism in Corfu" curated by Megakles Rogakos at the Ionian Academy
As is well known, George IV, as Prince Regent of the United Kingdom, founded the Order of St Michael and St George in Corfu and in Malta on 28 April 1818, two hundred years ago. This forms part of Corfu’s history and belongs to its heritage.

Art exhibition 'Giorgos Koulouris 1945 - 2016' at the Museum of Asian Art
Exhibition dates: 19 July - 31 August

Exhibition: 'Ioannis Capodistrias, the Corfiot First Governor of Greece'
The exhibition runs until Sunday 30th December and aims to give the public the opportunity to learn more about the charismatic Ioannis Capodistrias and to show the influence of his work on modern-day society.

The Art of Uzbekistan Carpets and Textiles at the Museum of Asian Art
The new permanent exhibition at the Museum of Asian Art ‘The Art of Central Asia’. The exhibits have been donated by Yiannis Sartzetakis and Ruth Dayton and include woven textiles, knitted textiles, clothing and jewels from 19th century Central Asia.
The stunning traditional Odyssey Varkarola, which attracts hundreds of visitors every year, will take place at the central beach in Palaiokastritsa (St. Spyridon) on Saturday 4th August.

Kastelanous Mesi Cultural Society is organizing ΄Let΄s Dance Greece΄ for the fourth year running.
Various dance groups will perform in the amphitheatre in the village square. Admission is free and all residents and visitors are welcome. There will be a party after the event with live music, traditional dances and songs from all over Greece.
