"Prossalendi's Brittania" - Historical Perspective - Exhibition at the Ionian Academy
As it is well known, George IV, as Prince Regent of the United Kingdom, founded the Order of St Michael and St George in Corfu and in Malta on 28 April 1818, two hundred years ago. This forms part of Corfu’s history and belongs to its heritage.

The Art of Uzbekistan Carpets and Textiles at the Museum of Asian Art
The new permanent exhibition at the Museum of Asian Art ‘The Art of Central Asia’. The exhibits have been donated by Yiannis Sartzetakis and Ruth Dayton and include woven textiles, knitted textiles, clothing and jewels from 19th century Central Asia.

Sea Scouts and American pupils working 'All Together' on Vidos Island
24 teenagers from various USA schools and states will be working with the 5th Potamos Sea Scouts Group and Deputy Mayor for small Corfu islands Noni Mastora to clean up Maestros beach and other spots on Vidos Island.
We would like to invite you to take part on Saturday - bringing with you a smile and a swimming costume!
The first departure from Corfu to Vidos will be at 09:00 - you can come across at any time that suits you.
