DURRES, ALBANIA. There was an earthquake at 12:01 today (Greek time) on the Albanian coast north of Durres, which could also be felt in Corfu.
The earthquake was 4.9 Richter in strength according to the automatic reading at the National Geodynamic Institute and the epicentre had a depth of 10km.
There was a 4 Richter aftershock in the area about 7 minutes later which could also be felt in Corfu.
