Municipal Art Gallery: ‘Faliraki’ by Stefanos Sgouros now a part of the gallery’s permanent exhibition

CORFU. The famous work by Stefanos Sgouros, ‘Faliraki’ (water colour, 2005), is now a part of the permanent exhibition of works from the Heptanese school.
The Municipal Art Gallery held a special event to honour the leading Corfu artist, who passed away at the end of August this year. In the presence of family and friends, the gallery placed the painting in its proper place with the rest of the leading painters.
The water-colour ‘Faliraki’ by Sgouros is now on display with the other works from the Heptanese School.
