Varkarola at Faliraki: When Corfu Sings to the Sea
CORFU. On Monday, August 10, at 9:30 p.m., Faliraki will be transformed into a floating stage filled with light, music, and memories.
The Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands, the Regional Union of Ionian Islands Municipalities (PED-IN), and the Corfu Events Organisation (OKE) invite all Corfiots to a magical evening of music beneath the stars.
The sea breeze meets the melodies of the Ionian Islands in one of Corfu's most beloved and atmospheric traditions. On Monday, August 10, at 9:30 p.m., Faliraki will be transformed into a floating stage filled with light, music, and memories, ready to transport both locals and visitors into the romantic soul of Corfu.
Under the artistic direction of Petros Gallias, this year's Varkarola promises a unique spectacle where the island's musical tradition "converses" with the sea.
