“The wings of a bee… caught the wind" and are heading to the ‘Beacon of Life.’
CORFU. Pupils from the 1st High School, as part of the educational programme ‘With a Book as a Companion…’, are illustrating the new fairy tale.
Students of the Educational Programme “With a Book as a Companion…” at Corfu 1st High School, under the guidance of teacher Marina Kritikou, a philologist, write, illustrate, and support the work of the “Beacon of Life” Association.
The new fairy tale by the programme’s writing team, titled “The Wings of a Bee… Caught the Wind,” has been released in recent days and has received warm support from both young and old. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the “Beacon of Life” Association.
With great sensitivity, the students stand by the side of these young fighters in life and, through their work, seek to strengthen the light of the “Beacon of Life.” Through the colours and adventures of Afroxylanthi, the little bee, they hope to brighten everyone’s daily life.
The fairy tales are available from Corfu 1st High School of at 26610 39827.
