Black Strat Band live at 7 Arts Centre

They will be presenting its new album 'Absence' which has been well-received not only in Greece but is being played on the radio in the UK, France, the Netherlands and Brazil!

The band was formed in Corfu in 2006 and to date has performed in over 560 live shows and appeared on the same bill as well-known Greek and international artists such as Joe Lynn Turner (Deep Purple, Rainbow), Cesar Zuiderwijk (Golden Earring), Ron Bumblefoot Thal (Guns and Roses, Sons of Apollo) and others.

The band comprises Nikos Sellas - guitar & vocals, Kostas Soueref - drums & vocals, Alexandros Sotirianos - keyboards & vocals, Vassilis Koskinas - bass, Sotiris Voyiatzoglou - guitar, Lia Kolita - vocals.

After presenting their 'Absence' album in the first half of the programme they will perform songs that have influenced them in the second half. Songs such as Another Brick in the Wall, Wish you Were Here, Road to Hell, Sultans of Swing and others as well as three songs from their first album, including The Girl with the Red Hair.
