No passenger disembarkation on the next visit of Mein Schiff to Corfu - All remaining cruises cancelled
CORFU. TUI is cancelling its Heraklion-Piraeus-Corfu cruises.
TUI has announced to its customers that only the cruise setting off on 8 November will go ahead, following special permission. However, there will be no shore excursions on the cruise.
The announcement says: "The Greek Government has announced a nationwide lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic which will come into force on Saturday 7 November 2020.
Due to the short notice of the measure and with safeguarding health as our main priority, we received special permission for the 'blue cruise' from 8 - 14 November 2020 but without any shore excursions.
We regret to say that we must cancel all the scheduled cruises in Greece which set off on 14, 21 and 28 November."
The company says that it will inform all customers and colleagues as soon as possible.
