58 new cases of coronavirus in Greece today - 28 of them at entry points

EODY announced 58 new confirmed cases of coronavirus on Tuesday 14 July, 28 of which were detected at entry points.

The 58 new cases are broken down as follows:

28 from checks at entry points
6 arrivals who volunteered to be tested
8 in Attica
7 in Thessaloniki
3 in Lesvos
2 in Xanthi
1 in Imathia
1 in Kozani
1 in Arta
1 in Halkidiki

The total number of cases in Greece is now 3,883, of which 54.7% are males. 1,042 (26.8%) of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 2,019 (52%) are from contacts with known cases.

13 patients are intubated in ICUs, with an average age of 58. 76.9% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 122 patients have been discharged from ICUs.

There were agai no deaths today and the total number of fatalities remains at 193. 62 (32.1%) were females. The average age was 76 and 95.9% had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
