Young Corfu athlete wins 200m Silver at National Championships
ATHENS. A second Corfu medal at the 34th National Athletics Championships.
20-year-old Spyros Doukatelis came second in the 200m with a time of 21.90 - a new personal best.
The Gold Medal was won by Panayiotis Trivizas from the Olympiakos Club with a time of 21.37 and third was Giorgos Lekkos, also from Olympiakos, in 21.93.
This was the second medal in the Championships for Corfu athletes, Spyridoula Karydi having won Gold in the triple jump the previous day.
