Mayor Meropi Ydraiou: Congratulations to all who took part in this celebration of democracy
CORFU. "Corfu is what unites us, there is always the path of cooperation"
The Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands Mayor Meropi Ydraiou, issued the following statement:
"The top democratic process of elections has been completed. I want to congratulate all those who participated, all those who ran as candidates wanting to help their community, even if they had different approaches.
At this juncture, the active participation of these individuals sends a positive message, the fact that they took part in this celebration of democracy. I also want to congratulate those who were elected from all parties and wish them a successful and productive term, for the benefit of our fellow citizens and our region.
Corfu is what unites us, there is always the path of cooperation, and I want this path to always remain open to make Corfu more beautiful, more modern."
