CORFU. The tender procedure for the lease of Alipa Marina in Paleokastritsa took place today.
The tender has been awarded to Home Center management One with an annual fee of €300,000 until 2038.
The marina will have 103 berths, while 12 berths will be given to fishermen for free after consultation with local residents and professionals.
Deputy Mayor for Finance Giorgos Pantelios told Enimerosi that there will also be berths for rental and tourist boats.
The lessee's obligation is to take the necessary steps for the operation of the abovementioned marina at their own expense. In particular, the lessee is obliged, at their own expense, to take care of:
1. The preparation of all studies and the issuance of all permits and approvals required, in accordance with existing legislation, for the operation of the Alipa Marina.
2. The proper operation of Alipa Marina.
3. The maintenance of Alipa Marina throughout the period specified in the contract.
