Air-conditioned space in Municipal Theatre available for homeless and others in need

In view of the expected heatwave Central Corfu & Diapontia Islands Municipal Social Welfare Department is making air-conditioned space available in the Municipal Theatre for homeless people and others in need.

The Department has announced that from tomorrow until Saturday, when temperatures are expected to rise considerably, space will be available in the theatre entrance from 11:00 to 20:00.

If the high temperatures continue a further announcement will be made.

Safety measures will be strictly adhered to in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
