CORFU. Dozens of walkers held up protest banners in Erimitis on Sunday morning.
All the necessary Covid safety measures were adhered to in the protest against the destruction that has happened and is continuing to happen in the Vromolimni area.
The protestors are reminding everyone that the area is protected by the Presidential Decree for the protection and conservation of small island wetlands (Vromolimni, Υ222KER030, Corfu Island, 14 stremma).
The walkers expressed their intense frustration at the sight of the shocking destruction of the area.
