Ionian University personnel rapid tests all negative

CORFU. All 61 rapid tests carried out on Ionian University teaching and administrative staff came out negative.
The Covid-19 rapid tests voluntarily taken as a precautionary measure by 61 members of the teaching and administrative staff at the Ionian University all came out negative.
The testing was undertaken by EODY following a request from the university.
The members of staff who expressed a desire to be tested came to the university conference hall on Thursday 17 December by appointment and following all the health safety measures and were tested by a team from EODY.
Tests are also expected to be conducted on staff at educational institutes in Lefkada, Cephalonia and Zakynthos as well as Athens.
