CORFU. The driver was injured when he was thrown out of the lorry as it rolled over.
A lorry came off the road, for reasons as yet unknown, and overturned on Wednesday afternoon, 2 September, resulting in injury to the driver.
The accident took place in Temploni and the driver was thrown out of the lorry as it turned over.
Firefighters had to be called out to turn the lorry back over and to safely carry the injured driver to the ambulance which took him to Corfu Hospital for examination and treatment.
