ATHENS. Although the 262 new cases in Greece on Wednesday 12 August was the highest ever daily total, there was just the 1 case in Corfu.
Yesterday's 262 new cases are broken down as follows:
22 from checks at entry points
7 arrivals who volunteered to be tested
66 in Attica - 14 of which were connected to a trip in Greece
85 in Thessaloniki - 36 of which were in a care home
11 in Magnesia - 7 of which were from clusters
8 in Halkidiki
7 in Xanthi
7 in Pellas

5 in Serres
4 in Florina
3 in Imathia
