CORFU. Message from the President of Corfu Gastronomy Association regarding the sector΄s restart following the 3-month ΄nightmare΄, as he called it, of lockdown due to coronavirus.
The President of Corfu Gastronomy Association Nikos Vergetis posted a message on social media regarding the restart of catering establishments following the lockdown.
Nikos Vergetis calls on all businesspeople in the sector to do everything necessary in order to adhere to the health guidelines and wishes a successful return to business for all businesses and their employees.
"The reopening of catering establishments is coming!!!
It won't be long now till we can sit at the same table with our friends and loved ones to enjoy a drink or a meal!
For all of us involved in the catering sector a 3-month nightmare is coming to an end.
On Monday 25 May we must all ensure that the health guidelines are adhered to as well the agreements with the local authorities to show our respect for our customers.
No extremes - and let's be guided by the common good.
Dear friends and customers now we have to face the challenge of the 'next day'!
SUPPORT THE ISLAND'S BUSINESSES!!!!
THE BUSINESSES WHERE YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND CHILDREN WORK!
We all have a role to play on the 'next day'.
