ATHENS. The young Corfu ΄super athlete΄ won her first Gold in the women΄s category.
Spyridoula Karydi, coached by Pavlos Skordilis, won the Gold Medal in the triple jump at the National Indoor Championships for Men and Women in Athens.
Following her recent success in the Balkan Under 20 Championships in Istanbul, she jumped 13.53m in her third attempt - a new personal record.
