CORFU. Protest following the incidents with the Zitsa donkey and the horse in Sidari.
Following the incidents with the Zitsa donkey and the horse in Sidari and as part of national effort to raise public awareness regarding animal abuse, three local animal welfare groups held a protest in the Upper Square on 7 September.
The three groups, Corfu Animal Protection Association, Adopt and The Ark, were trying to raise public awareness so that we can realise that understanding humans or animals begins from our relationship with animals.
