Yanis Varoufakis visits Corfu Hospital and Diaplus rehabilitation unit

Yanis Varoufakis visited Corfu Hospital this morning and met with doctors', nursing and administrative staff unions as well as cleaning staff.

He then visited the hospital's addiction rehabilitation unit at the former Psychiatric Hospital, where he met with 'Diaplus' Parents Association and representatives from Corfu Prison 'Second Chance' School.



This afternoon he will hold a press conference at Corfu Prefecture and this evening at 19:00 he will present his new book The Other Now at Corfu Chamber of Commerce along with Kostas Vergos, economist and international relations specialist. The discussion will be facilitated by Marina Moschat.
