North Corfu Municipality donates musical instruments to Corfu Prison Second Chance School

CORFU. Municipality representatives paid a second visit to Corfu Prison ahead of Christmas.
North Corfu Municipality representatives paid a second visit to Corfu Prison on Tuesday 21 December - Mayor Giorgos Mahimaris, Council President Panayiotis Papadatos and Deputy Mayor Spyrisoula Kokkali.
They were accompanied by North Corfu Civil Protection supervisor Giorgos Mavropoulos and the musicians Aristidis Katomeris and Sophia Mouzakiti.
They presented a gift of musical instruments to be used at the prison's Second Chance School music lessons. The instruments were handed over to Director Lambrini Stavrou, Deputy Director Stamatis Souvlakis and Kyriakos Kolesis, director of the Second Chance School.
Best wishes for the festive season were exchanged and continued support promised and Aristidis Katomeris and Sophia Mouzakiti sang Christmas carols with those present and students at the school taking part.
