CORFU. A short video has been published as part of the vaccination campaign "I get vaccinated because I care".
The video was produced by Central Corfu & Diapontia Islands Municipality in collaboration with Corfu Medical Association.
The video features Corfu businesspeople as well as ordinary members of the public - young and old.
A cafe waiter in Liston, a hotel employee, businesspeople, a driver, a young swimmer, a mother and others talk about the safety of our fellow-citizens, workers and customers as well as protecting the local economy.
Dr. Christos Yiangas says, "We get vaccinated because we accept the achievements of medical science, with understanding and support for those who have not yet been able to see the solution to the problem."
The video also has English closed captions.
