CORFU. A total of 25 fines were issued in Corfu and another 13 in the other Ionian Islands on Wednesday 14 April.
Ionian Islands police teams are continuing their checks to ensure that the measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus are being adhered to.
On 14 April fines of €300 for not wearing masks were imposed on 13 people in Corfu, 2 in Cephalonia and 1 in Zakynthos.
€300 fines were also issued for lockdown violations as follows: 12 in Corfu, 6 in Zakynthos, 2 in Cephalonia and 2 in Lefkada.
