Four Greek regions and southern Norway are shown to have the lowest Covid-19 positivity rates in Europe. The four regions are the Ionian Islands, Epirus, South Aegean and Crete.

The Ionian Islands is one of the five European regions which have such a low ratio of positive cases per 100,000 population - less than 4%.
