CORFU. According to the President of the Lawyers Association and head of the legal team representing those opposed to the investment Giorgos Kaloudis, the team accompanied by Mayor Giorgos Mahimaris are visiting the area at the former Naval Outpost in Erimitis today.

The team from the Arson Crimes Investigation Department is coming by order of Fire Chief Stefanos Kolokouris to investigate the cause of the fire on Sunday 16 August, which started from three separate spots according to local bodies and the Environmental Protection Association.
The President of the Erimitis Plus Association Mr. Fatiras, accompanied by Mr. Kaloudis, requested to see a representative from the Corfu Prosecutor's Office in order to be updated on the progress of the investigation of the fire and to state that they intend to follow the investigation process.
Procedures are underway and are being followed closely by everyone.
